Skills Update: Digital painting and drawing for print design

Starting with a blank page can be intimidating! even when working with your paints, oils and pastels. With digital painting and drawing this feeling can be even worse if you are not sure where to start. That's why we want to share with you our top tips and techniques across the Adobe desktop apps and Fresco on the tablet. From realistic watercolours and textures to creating simplified and stylised shapes... all with no mess to clear up afterwards.  

At CAD for Fashion, all our tutors are designers as well as lecturers, so we use and teach the software every day. This means that over the years we have developed, collected, stumbled across and researched the best tools and shortcuts to make your lives easier.

You will come away from this event with a huge amount of time-saving tips and tricks for both fashion and textile design. As always this will be followed by an opportunity for a Q&A with our experts and we will be recording the session so you can rewatch at your own pace too. The video will be available for a limited time following the event.
