Get off on the right foot and you will get to a higher level, much faster, and more importantly; get things done faster! Don’t waste any more time doing things the long way round. If you are unsure if this course is right for your ability level, get in touch, we can talk things through and try our best to place you in a group with a similar level of ability.

Why Adobe Photoshop?

Adobe Photoshop is one of the main industry standard software packages for computer aided design for Fashion Print creation. It has changed the way the industry works and saves countless time, money and sampling. The software allows designers to create print ready fashion print designs that can be edited and reworked all whilst adding your own creative style. Think that CAD takes the creativity and skill out of drawing? It really doesn’t, it is just another type of medium and canvas on which to be creative – it also has an undo button!

What will I learn?

This Adobe Photoshop for Fashion Print Design Course will set you up with the fundamental skills required to produce Fashion Print Industry specific work. This course will demonstrate all the initial steps required to set up and create a repeat pattern, including scanning and digitising original hand drawn designs. Pattern layouts, styles and types will also be covered to ensure your designs work in harmony with garments. You will gain an understanding of how Adobe Photoshop can help you manipulate both traditional and digital print concepts to create designs ready for garment printing.

Fashion designers, who use Adobe Photoshop in the Fashion print industry, will all have their own ways of getting the desired result but on this course you will learn the simplest and most effective methods, concentrating on easy editing and development.

If you think Adobe Photoshop could help your Fashion Print design business, but want a more tailored learning programme for you and your team get in touch here.
